Bill was one of a kind, to me anyway. So very private and unquestionally kind. Never one to offer unsolicited advice, and so respectful of differing opinions. I knew him since he started at Fort Monmouth and spent many hours listening to his stories. When I noticed he was missing the monthly DOIM lunches, I kept promising myself that I would go home and send him an email, but unfortunately never followed through. My loss. Rest in peace and my condolences to his family.

Sorry to hear about the loss of a very good man, a fellow veteran and co-worker. Bill always had time to help others whether in personal details or professional support. He was a guy who loved life, loved to ride his bike, loved to be on the golf course and loved to banter about while at work and enjoyed our monthly luncheons. Bill left us with so many great memories. Rest in peace my friend!

I worked with Bill for about 30 years at NJ OTIS, Trenton and FT Monmouth. He was one of the smartest persons I have known. I remember him talking about his mom a lot and upstate NY. Rest in peace Bill.

This makes me so sad...much too young. I was lucky to have known him. Bill was always so helpful and so gracious. I really enjoyed his stories even if I had heard them before. Easy to laugh and quick to smile. He was such a devoted son. Heaven gained a special soul. Rest in peace Bill.
