Obituary of John S. Rogalski

John Rogalski, 69, of Toms River, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017, at his home. John worked as a Financial Planner with the State of NJ, Office of Attorney Ethics for 32 years, retiring in 2011. He was a member of the Army Reserves from 1969 to 1973 and was a communicant of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Toms River. Born and raised in Bayonne, he moved to Toms River in 1960. John loved going to the beach and as a die-hard fan, watching the Miami Dolphins lose. He was predeceased by his father John Rogalski, Sr., his mother Felicia Rogalski and his sister Dolores Pipoli. Surviving are his wife, Carole Rogalski; daughter Kristin Rogalski of Orlando, FL; granddaughter Kaylee Tormos,of Orlando, Fl; step daughter, Lisa Salem and husband Omar and two step grandsons, Adam and Ryan Salem, of Edison, NJ, and step daughter Julie Ash and Neil Nygren, of Newtown, PA; his twin brother Joseph Rogalski of Island Heights; and many cousins and other extended family and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4 to 7pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Friday at St. Joseph's Church, 509 Hooper Ave., Toms River. Interment will be private.
